Dr. Venessa "V" Madrigal is a licensed naturopathic doctor in Oregon.
They can only have appointments with residents of this state.
Insurance accepted! Patients are responsible for knowing their naturopathic medicine insurance benefits.
Dr. Madrigal also offers a cash pay option for residents in OR who do not have insurance or have an insurance plan that Dr. Madrigal does not accept. Please call or text for current cash rates.

BlueCross/BlueShield: Premera, Regence, Federal Employee Plan - through September 2027.

MODA
For LENS Neurofeedback: some non-Medicaid insurance plans cover the billing code, some only cover for certain diagnoses, some will only cover for a certain number of visits (typically only 10), and some do not cover it. If your plan does not cover the billing code, it's an additional $40/session.
MEDICAID:

OR Medicaid: No new patients; option to pay cash.
- For those with Medicaid plans: patient to complete Client Agreement to Pay for Health Services and pay for the services out of pocket. Form would need to be filled out before each visit.
**Dr. Madrigal does not accept Medicare, Kaiser, Aetna, Cigna, Providence (no ASH plans), or military insurance (TriCare, etc).**

Sliding scale to allow for more accessible integrative healthcare. Verification of income or residency / immigration status are not required.
"FINANCIALLY IN NEED" TIER

MILITARY VETERANS
Dr. Madrigal is a volunteer provider for Returning Veterans Project. For post-9/11 veterans and active service members in Portland Metro who have insurance other than what Dr. Madrigal currently accepts, up to 20 office visits are free! These appointments are specifically for those w/ military-related PTSD and/or traumatic brain injuries (TBIs). Space limited per month.
